Analyses of mobility are done by HAPA to verify the accuracy of what HAPA advocates for: more sustainable planning within Hayward.

Analyses of other cities helps to keep in focus the vision of how to create more environmentally friendly cities. We study implemented structures and policies to see which work and which do not.

We gather information from many sources, including Culdesac in Tempe Arizona, Pontevedra Spain, an article on carlessness in Pontevedra, and the carfree city list on Wikipedia.
